Sometimes you meet that special one when you’ve given up hope of ever doing so.

Gregory Anatolia is an Imperial were-panther who grew tired of the politics of living in the city among humans and shifters. He created his lair in the jungle and gave up dreams of having a bond-mate and kits. And then…

Danika is an Imperial were-panther who is determined to choose her own mate, to make her own life the way she wants it. She leaves her home when her mother tries to sell her into a marriage she doesn’t want to a human. The man only wants her for breeding purposes and to strengthen his bloodline. She wants the were-panther who rescues her from a flitter-craft wreck. Well, maybe she does. He is awful bossy…

This is a short story, but the characters are sassy, bossy, and enjoyable. There are even a couple of villains to detest. If you want a quick, hot read involving shapeshifters, you will like this story.
